ROAST POTATOES

PREP TIME: 10 MINUTES

COOKING TIME: 45 MINUTES

SERVES: 4

INGREDIENTS

 

500g Spud Lite potatoes, peeled and quartered

1 tablespoon plain flour

Salt flakes and freshly ground black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

METHOD

 1. Preheat air fryer at 200°C for 10 minutes.

2. Place potatoes in a medium saucepan covered in cold water and bring to the boil. Cook for 4 minutes or until edges are tender.

3. Drain and return potatoes to hot pan. Securely place a lid on top and shake vigorously to fluff up the edges. Add flour, salt and pepper, shake until well coated. Add oil and shake again until coated.

4. Place potatoes into the basket of preheated air fryer and cook for 20-25 minutes until super crispy.
